Where Did He Go?
By Mark Flippo
Hebrews 11:5 - By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
Do you live your life in such a way that God Himself could say about you that you pleased Him? This man knew how to please God and followed through with all of those things. Many know how to please God but do not have the follow through. What has happened to us? We as Christians should want to please our Father in Heaven. Why don't we? Do we not Love Him enough? Do we lack in ambition? I guess it takes more than the want to, to make us buckle down and really worship Him continually.
It seems that the cares of this life hinder us more than we want to admit. We should fast and pray on a regular basis. I am sorry to say I am not living up to my potential. Are you? It sure sounds like we all need to repent and make a serious effort of pushing past our flesh and getting on our knees even if we are tired. The devil will use your tiredness against you. Stop it in it's tracks. Now is the time to get a hold of yourself and communicate with our Jesus and make all things right with Him. Then get down to Kingdom business and do as God has directed us to do. Which is pray, pray, and pray some more!
